As a content marketer, I often see people confidently talking about their products and results but struggling to explain WHY they do what they do.

It may not seem a crucial problem at first. However, not knowing why you got into the business in the first place or why you make specific management decisions costs money and business opportunities in the long run.

When you’re unclear on your mission, message, purpose, and strategy, getting new clients becomes a hassle despite delivering an excellent product and customer service.

Most often, you’re not even aware of the fact that your message is confused. You go with the wave, thinking that you know what you do and why you do it. You have fake clarity — everything seems right, and you rarely find some glitches here and there. Things run smoothly, and everybody’s happy.

Until you get stuck. You realize that you haven’t seen a new client in a long time, churn rates start impacting your revenue, and you end up doubting yourself and your product's quality.

Why is that? Because you lack clarity — you don’t know where you’re at and where you’re going with your company. You’ve ignored the signs below for too long.
